Refunds & Problems
PRshop does not use a blanket “no refunds” rule. The appropriate remedy depends on what was confirmed, what was delivered and the customer's mandatory legal rights.
1. Report a problem
Reply in the original order ticket as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order summary, a clear description and evidence that can be shared safely. Never post credentials, payment details or working codes in a public channel.
2. Incorrect, defective or missing delivery
If the confirmed item is not delivered, is materially different from the confirmed description or does not work as agreed, PRshop will investigate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include completion of delivery, correction, replacement, price reduction or refund.
3. Product-specific coverage
Any replacement window, prerequisites, exclusions or support period must be stated in the ticket before payment. The website does not invent a universal warranty period. Product-specific rules cannot remove statutory rights that apply to the customer.
4. Change of mind and digital performance
Withdrawal rights vary by customer location and product type. In the EU, distance purchases commonly include a 14-day withdrawal period, but special rules can apply when digital content or a service begins immediately after the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement. PRshop must collect any legally required consent before delivery; this page alone does not waive a right of withdrawal.
5. Security and fair investigation
Customers should not redeem, resell, publish or deliberately alter a disputed item beyond what is necessary to test it. PRshop may request proportionate evidence and may reject fraudulent or duplicated claims, while still providing any remedy required by law.
6. Payment disputes
Contact support first so the issue can be reviewed promptly. This does not prevent a customer from using rights available through a payment provider, consumer authority or law.
Final operator review required
The operator must confirm the selling country, customer markets, product model and delivery procedure with a qualified local professional. This policy is deliberately written not to promise less than mandatory consumer law or invent a universal digital-goods exception.
